Delivery is £6.75+vat for standard next working day delivery. Saturday delivery is available at extra cost. If you require this please contact us.
Payment is cash cheque,bank transfer or credit card.

Goods only sent to cardholders address. we require an authorised signature on delivery, normally by FEDEX. So please make sure there will be someone available to receive the goods. If there is a problem we can arrange the goods to be delivered to you when it is convenient for you.

Plain garments will be delivered within 24-48 hours, garments to be embroidered, printed , engraved etc will normally be 7-10 working days.

Returns policy; faulty goods credited or replaced. Goods supplied embroidered, printed or engraved are non returnable unless a mistake has been made with the details added to the items. Goods ordered from the brochures are non returnable as these are specially ordered.

Cancellation Rights
If you order over the phone, by post you have the legal right to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order simply email using this form or call us on 01553 761047 with your order details and we will cancel your order with immediate affect. A full refund will be given for all cancelled orders that have yet to be delivered unless the order is being worked on. If you have received your goods and wish to return them, please follow our returns policy.
